About Us

 GDC was started in 1996 and has been serving Fannin County and surrounding areas ever since. Our main service "Ranch and Land Beautification" taking a jungle and turning it into a pretty area with nice trees trimmed up and undesirable trees and brush removed. On the other hand of the spectrum, we also enjoy doing a demolition job every so often. Tearing down an old dilapidated building, hauling off the debris, and leaving a nice clean lot has a certain satisfaction of its own. Once your place is pretty. we can also help with access, constructing a gravel road in as well as a building pad site for whatever structure you're dreaming about. Additional services in our repertoir include: clearing old fence rows for new fences, soil erosion repair and drainage correction, digging pond and pond cleanouts (removing sediment and deepening older ponds).

At GDC, we believe in building lasting relatioships with the land owners. A good partnership is critical in bringing customers' dreams about "their place" into reality! Good communication, punctuation and hands on project management are our key values we are proud in our business. Having a small company with big values ensures that no details are "lost in translation".
